The short answer – everything is inspected internally and outside. For a more detailed answer, these are the areas that inspectors will review for each new manufactured home:

  2. Thermal protection
  3. Structural load safety
  4. Roofing
  5. Plumbing systems
  6. Electrical
  7. Fire safety
  8. Structural ability to be transported
  9. Plumbing lines for proper pressure and correct sealing
  10. Electrical outlets
  11. Quality walk through to check walls,doors, trim and flooring

Your home inspector will also offer ancillary services to our customers while they are there including, FLIR Thermal imaging, Home Energy Audit, Mold Inspection and Termite Inspection.


All inspections will include a detailed report with pictures of their findings and will be available to the customer in 24 hours of the inspection.
